猫言狗语（Meowoof）是一个 Chrome 网页翻译扩展。本页说明它会处理哪些数据、怎么用、存在哪里。
我们收集的数据
- Google 账号基本信息：你用 Google 登录时，我们收到你的 Google 账号 ID、邮箱、名字和头像地址，用来识别你的账号。我们拿不到你的 Google 密码，也不访问你的 Gmail、云端硬盘等任何其他 Google 数据。
- 需要翻译的文字：你翻译网页或字幕时，扩展只把页面上需要翻译的文字（以及网页标题，帮助理解上下文）发给我们的服务器。不发送网址、Cookie、表单内容、浏览记录或其他页面数据。
- 用量统计：每次翻译记下时间、所用模型、段数、字数和消耗的 token 数，用于每日额度和费用统计。不保存翻译的原文和译文。
数据怎么用
- 需要翻译的文字会经由我们的服务器转发给 AI 翻译服务商（例如 OpenAI、Google Gemini）生成译文，译文直接返回给你。这些服务商按其 API 条款处理请求。
- 账号信息和用量只用于登录、额度控制和管理员查看用量。
- 我们不出售、不出租任何数据，不用于广告，也不用于与翻译无关的目的。
数据存在哪里
- 服务器运行在 Cloudflare Workers 上，账号和用量记录保存在 Cloudflare D1 数据库中。
- 扩展在你自己的浏览器里保存设置、登录凭证和译文缓存（避免重复翻译）。可以在扩展设置页清空缓存，退出登录会删除登录凭证。
删除你的数据
发邮件到 pumelcn@gmail.com，我们会删除你的账号和全部用量记录。卸载扩展会删除浏览器里保存的所有数据。

Meowoof is a Chrome extension that translates web pages and video subtitles. This page explains what data it handles, how it is used and where it is stored.
Data we collect
- Basic Google account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture URL, used to identify your account. We never see your password and do not access Gmail, Drive or any other Google data.
- Text to be translated: when you translate a page or subtitles, the extension sends only the text that needs translating (plus the page title, as context) to our server. It does not send URLs, cookies, form contents, browsing history or other page data.
- Usage statistics: for each translation request we record the time, model, number of segments and characters, and tokens used, for daily quotas and cost tracking. We do not store the source text or the translations.
How data is used
- Text to be translated is forwarded by our server to an AI translation provider (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) and the translation is returned to you. Providers process requests under their API terms.
- Account information and usage are used only for sign-in, quota enforcement and usage reporting to the administrator.
- We do not sell or rent any data, and do not use it for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to translation.
Where data is stored
- The server runs on Cloudflare Workers; account and usage records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.
- The extension stores your settings, sign-in token and a translation cache in your own browser. You can clear the cache in the extension settings; signing out removes the sign-in token.
Deleting your data
Email pumelcn@gmail.com and we will delete your account and all usage records. Uninstalling the extension removes all data it stored in your browser.
